You may cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period begins the day you receive your product.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

• Refunds are issued within 30 days

• Refunds use the same payment method you used for purchase

• No fees are charged for refunds

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

• Items must be purchased within the last 30 days

• Items must be in original condition and packaging

4. Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., face wear)

• Items labeled “final sale”

• Items damaged by misuse

• Digital products (if you sell any in the future)

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Mail returns to the address we provide when you email us.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments — use trackable mail.

6. Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift:

• Refund goes to the gift recipient as store credit
  If not marked as a gift:

• Refund will be sent to the original purchaser
